Refund policy

At Zizipets, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

As outlined in our Return Policy, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible to return it. Please send the item to the following return address:

Return Address: 12 Palm Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Refund Timing

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after your return is received and approved. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your card issuer, as posting times may vary.
  • Still no refund? Reach out to us at support@storezizipets.com, and we’ll gladly investigate the issue.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@storezizipets.com.
After the 12-hour window - or once a tracking number has been issued - orders cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are already being processed for shipment.
